If you check the SMS consent box on an Uplifted form, we use your phone number to send recurring marketing text messages about Uplifted’s gym opening, founding memberships, and related offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Email marketing consent is separate from SMS consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in the email.

We keep records of SMS consent and opt-out requests as needed to administer the messaging program and document consent. We share phone numbers and SMS consent records with Shopify and service providers that help us send and manage messages. We do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
